4. Miscellaneous

Every audio y video files has been tested to make sure that it works seamlessly with an average player installation. However, because there are several of combinations of codecs , we can not guarantee The Happy Animals’s product to work with every combination.We will try to solve any issues as a possible for us.

5. Liability

We accept no responsibility for any damage or loss of earnings when using The Happy Animals’s products.

6. Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any questions, concerns, or problems, please contact us.
Each The Happy Animals’ song, album or a video file once available to download after succesfull purchase cannot be a matter of chargeback or PayPal dispute. Before purchase each user is allowed to review songs and videos detaily on demo pages, please be careful before buy.
Files has Download Limit of 5 times.
Downloads Expiry in 30 days from purchase date.
Downloaded files cannot be a matter of refund or PayPal chargeback.
You can always use our CONTACT form and ask us prior purchase.

7. Music License

Consult with us the license of the several or individual products for licensing agreement. You cannot distribute your copy of the product.
We reserve the right to deny or accept license for our products.

8. Privacy Policy

All details obtained during registration, ordering or other activity on our site are held with the strictest confidence. We will never sell or give your information to any external companies or sites.

9. Security

Any passwords used for this site are for individual use only. You will be responsible for the security of your password (if any). The Happy Animals will be entitled to monitor your password and, at its discretion, require you to change it. If you use a password that The Happy Animals considers insecure, The Happy Animals will be entitled to require the password to be changed and/or terminate your account.
You are prohibited from using any services or facilities provided in connection with this site to compromise security or tamper with system resources and/or accounts. If you become involved in any violation of system security, The Happy Animals reserves the right to release your details to system administrators at other sites in order to assist them in resolving security incidents. 10. Customer Support

We try to reply to all customer support queries within 24 hours of posting on weekdays. Please note that we do not offer support via instant messaging due to time zone differences. So if you need instant messaging support then you will need to look for alternative solution.
We reserve the right to deny support if you are found to be misusing the customer support or spamming. IP addresses are recorded to detect accounts that are being shared. We reserve the right to block shared or misused accounts.

11. Product Delivery

Our digital products are delivered via email to your inbox. On rare occasions an email can get delayed or missed or it can end up in your junk folder. If you do not receive an email containing the product download links within a few hours after the order, please contact us and we will send you fresh download links.
*** We reserve 24 hours (maximum) timeline to process each received order.
In many cases we manually verify each purchase.
